How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have a confirmed date or project timeline. Many clients book in advance to ensure availability, especially for weddings, events, graduations, and brand projects.

If your date or project is coming up soon, please still reach out. We may still have availability.

Do you travel outside of South Carolina?

Amore Visionarium is currently serving Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding areas as we continue building our portfolio.

We are accepting weddings, engagements, family portraits, graduations, events, and brand stories. For locations more than one hour outside of Columbia, a travel fee may be added and will be discussed during your consultation.

As we grow, we look forward to expanding our travel availability and capturing stories in new places.

What is your turnaround time?

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session or event. Most completed galleries and films are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, while weddings may take 4–6 weeks to allow time for careful editing and storytelling.

Can we add more hours to our collection?

Absolutely! If your timeline changes or you'd like additional coverage, extra hours can be added at $200 per hour, depending on availability.

Do you offer payment plans?

To reserve your date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is due before your session, event, or project. At this time, payment plans are not available.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes. We offer graphic design services for brands, businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative projects. This can include flyers, social media graphics, branding materials, promotional designs, and other visual content based on your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

For weddings, cancellations should be made at least 14 days before the wedding date whenever possible.

For sessions, events, and other projects, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date whenever possible.

The initial retainer is non-refundable because it reserves your date and prevents us from accepting other bookings during that time.
